Do you find yourself chronically busy? Don’t have much time for yourself? There are constant pulls for our attention - it could be our work, our kids, technology - but the challenge with that is it doesn’t give us the opportunity to have stillness in our lives and to go within, which can pose some great challenges in our mental and physical health. In this week’s episode, I will be talking about how we can take the time to be more aware of ourselves, and how we can add stillness in our lives in order to grow and to prevent possible backfires to our health.
